Hiii so this is the second tutorial in The Hunger Games series, District 11, which is the agricultural district. This look was mainly inspired by nature and farming so includes greens, yellows and browns, District 11 is pretty much the poorest district so avoided right, bright colours and kept it very light subtle. Hope you enjoy!

Prime your eyes...
...with this wide paddle brush...
Add caption
...apply this loose pigment all over the lid...
...with this smaller paddle brush...
Add caption
...apply this colour to the outer and inner corners of the lid...
...use a small blending brush like this to blend any harsh lines...
...using a tapered brush...

...blend this colour into the crease and upwards...
...for the brow highlight use this brush...
