Hello everyone, this is the next look in The Hunger Games series and is based on District 5 who make things to do with power. So they manage the electricity and mains of the whole of Panem.
So this look is made from warm colours and I added a lightning bolt inspired flick because it reminded me of electricity. This look could also double up as a Katnis Everdeen look as she's 'the girl on fire' and this look could be interpreted as very fiery. Enjoy!
Prime eyes...
...using this brush...
...apply this pressed shadow to the centre of the lid...
...using one side of a smaller paddle brush...
...apply this shimmery orange from the Sleek Sunset palette to the inner 3rd of the eye lid...
...using the other side of the same brush, apply this MAC pressed shadow tot he outer 4rd of the lid...
...using a tapered brush...
...apply this OCC loose pigment lightly to the crease and outer corner...
...using a really think angle liner brush...
...make a lightning bolt flick shape after mixing the loose pigment with a little water to make the consistency thinker and more shimmery...
...using a chubby brush...
...apply this colour to the brow bone...
...using the same brush, apply this lighter colour over the top...
...using a flared eyebrow brush...
...use this colour to shape the brows...
(I only really took a picture of this because it's my new brush from Sephora!)
...apply this colour to the hollows of your cheeks...
...apply this MAC mineral blush to the apples of your cheeks...
...apply this MAC highlight powder to your cheeks bones...
...using a precise lip brush...
...apply this lip tar to your lips...
